I've just seen all the stuff about this and we'll try to get in touch with ivincent to find out whats going on - he well knows he is NOT to list preorder items here as this was a specific condition attached to his vendor status when he asked to join as it is for all Chinese vendors. .

I have sent a message via your contact box, I am quite disappointed to still be in processing after 5 days and would have expected a product which when chosen was in stock, to have been shipping at this time if not earlier, I fully expect the other people who ordered from you on this forum feel just as I do. I do appreciate any help you can offer to get this sorted, but have to say if this is the level of service your company is going to provide you most likely will not get further orders from me, I should also point out that any shipping company has access to email services and therefore do not really require a phone number, I did provide a land line number when making my account and this is the only one I will provide since I work and personal calls are not allowed in my work place.

Could I just say . . . . without condoning poor service from any Vendor, but in respect of issuing phone numbers to them. I give my mobile number to all Vendors for shipping updates - today for example I've received a text ( never been called yet ) from a courier notifying me of a delivery date, I won't be in. So using the link from the text they now know of a safe place to leave my goods in.

I could have used other options, different delivery date/leave with a neighbour  . . . . but the safe place option suited me.

So it can have advantages, leaving a mobile number . . . . .

No phone rule where I work also joeten . . . . I check during my breaks, or when I finish.

Just making the point without wishing to be awkward, that there are advantages in giving Vendors a mobile number - it's a personal choice.
