chykensa - I must confess another box of pre-made coils slipped in to my FT basket yesterday  I must also confess I have no idea what a "triple spaced alien tank track twisted clapton" (or whatever it was....) is, but it sounds pretty impressive hehe - yeah, some get a little carried away with those fancy coils that have overhead camshafts and loud exhausts. But you do not need anything like that to get a satisfactory vape, especially if you vape at low to moderate (by modern standards) wattages. Single coils, either contact or spaced, are simple and reliable. If you want a little more, then twisted wire is fairly easy to DIY with a cordless drill, a cuphook and vice/clamp. It's like they say about most things: start simple and work up if you want to. Leastways, now, you are free from needing to plan ahead to source and order correct types of replacement coils for your atties. |
