SMOK GX350 ISSUE

My mate has one of these and has just called me with this issue. He's put fully charged batteries in but when he tries to fire he said it's not firing and just showing maximum puffs on the screen.
Can anyone help please as I ain't used to smok mods and without having it in my hand I'm a bit unsure what to say

Long shot but has he somehow put a puff limit on it and reached that limit so until he resets the limit it won't work / fire.

Yip bang on. Just tried it on the g priv and sure enough it brings up the same message.

ah ha i only thought it may be that as i had a artic dolphin a while back and that done the same on me 
Took me a hr or so playing with it to work out what had happened

Don't know why most manufacturers seem to frickin love puff counters I've never met anyone who uses the bloody things.

Same as mate PITA if you ask me, Or if you are going to fit one leave the thing on unlimited let the new owner decide if he wants to set a limit.

go into the menu and it should have the puff counter come up just turn the thing off and see if it now works mate

I'll get my hands on it in the morning. He's 70 and fumbles a lot so I have to help him quite a bit. I couldn't believe it when he showed me he'd bought that and a TFV8

As @broadblaster said. Three click on the fire button takes you into the menu, scroll along with the plus or minus or keep hitting the fire button until you're on the puff counter then either leave it and it will open the sub menu or hold the fire button to do the same thing. Select 0 or disable and it'll be fine and not turn off in future.

Hey lucky guess jtc just glad it worked i bet he had been playing with it and somehow set the limit.
