I thought this looked like an interesting, cheap RDA in the O-Atty, Hadaly, NarDA vein. Found a review (in French)

Looks like a bit of a whistler. Wouldn't put me off though. Just had the same problem with a NarDA clone. Cured it by running a ball ended dremmel tool along the air intake - just to put a slight chamfer on the edge...
