Just a heads up if anyone is planning buying PG/VG or Nic base from this company i'd advise you to avoid at all costs! Placed an order over a week ago after first checking they had no warning saying they do not deliver to the Highlands (quite normal to find a few wont) all ok, and no mention so i went ahead and ordered.

Next day i receive an email saying they do not deliver to the Highlands and that they are refunding my money, ok fair enough! Waited 3 days checking occasionally for the money to be returned, nothing nada, zilch. Emailed them last Friday asking them to refund me and quoting the transaction ID, No Answer!

Waited till Tuesday and still having heard nothing i gave them another chance and made the same request.... again no reply, or refund. Opened a dispute yesterday as i have had enough of this firm, and believe it or not they have not even answered that.

I'll give it a few more days, then escalate it to a claim as i fear it's all they will understand

I ordered from them once, 250ml of PG nic just as a test buy really to see what their nic was like as the price was decent at the time.
What turned up was 250ml of VG nic not the PG based that i had ordered, bright orange in colour and knock you on your arse smelly.

You're probably lucky they don't deliver to where you live

Thanks for the heads up @get Off My Cloud  I Too had only tried them on this occasion after seeing some favourable reviews elsewhere, but normally I use Darkstar.

Definitely to be avoided.

Numerous horror stories about them around various Facebook groups........ everything from fake phone numbers, product containing black floaters....... packing materials including bird feathers!!

As kreed has already pointed out, they're reputation ain"t too favourable. I can remember reading about the floaters in the product somewhere on Facebook. A little stroke of good fortune they don't deliver to Aviemore and surrounding area car147. Although a bit of inconvenience has been endured at least you'll get your money back. It's better than being landed with a bottle of pure kak.

also used them in the past and had to wait for nearly 2 weeks for a delivery (blamed on laying in couriers warehouse) and the 5 litre vg measured out at 4 litres, never again

Tried them once got a similar excuse, I phoned them and spoke with what sounded like a younger girl the attitude was not one of apology or concern colli have not repeated the experience.

Finally and despite never responding even to Pay Pal the money has been refunded, no explanation, contact, or apology!

Avoid this Company at all costs!
