Try wiggling the 510 pin up slightly on the cool fire. Failing that is the coil within the cool fire range?

If it's reading the resistance ok then I'm stumped. It's normally down to the connection between the mod and the atty but it wouldn't have shown the resistance on the mod if there was a problem. Have you tried swearing at it??

Has the resistance changed when you attached the clieto? Take it off, hit the fire button so it says no atty then screw it back on and try.

I'm new to the forum but by no means new too vaping,I'm glad you got this sorted. The Nautilus & cleito are my favourite tanks. I have the coolfire iv 100tc though and for some reason the coolfires I've had after the original are plagued with issues. I definitely prefer the original!

My smok cloud beast king fires perfectly on the Cool Fire IV TC100 (built in battery version). Performs really well even at 90 watts.
But on my kangertech subox nano, nothing below a 0.5 ohm coil seems to work and the ohm display flashes at me - this was using a TFV8 baby tank. At first I was frustrated but then I was like - 'actually, that's awesome all my safety features work! And in fact it's working spot on'.
Out of interest, what's the lowest ohm the cool fire IV can read?
