Had a Vandyvape Kylin delivered yesterday from Cigabuy. I was full of hope that this would be an outstanding tank. Much to my dismay it leaked, after 7/8 attempts at wicking it, the leaking continued. The flavour was right there, but the leaking was getting on my nipple ends. So, this morning I contacted Vandyvape direct via their Facebook messenger facility. Within thirty minutes the company replied. They requested pictures of the box to confirm the security number, QR code, bottom surface of the tank and the way it had been wicked. Having furnished them with the information required, I received a message ten minutes later to inform me that they would be sending out a new deck. Within the space of forty five minutes my problem had been addressed and an attempt is being made to rectify it. I know this is more a manufacturer review than a vendor review, but with the swiftness of the reply from Vandyvape, I felt it is worth letting the members know that should anyone else have trouble with a product, it's worth dropping them a message. Disappointed that the product appears to be faulty but that disappointment has subsided due to the pleasant experience with their customer service. Smok could do well to follow this fine example.

My Kylin is a superb vape let down by the near impossibility to fill it without a drop running down the tank but once sealed there isn't the slightest hint of a leak, I'd love to know what the issue was with your deck. I have the vandy vape Icon too which is a great little dripper and now I have the knowledge that if I meet an issue I'll have good customer service to back it all up. Thanks for sharing

I don't know what the issue is with the deck blakey, never pushed my luck to ask, I was just pleasantly surprised Vandy Vape agreed to send out a new one and no drama attached. Neither can I work out what the problem is. It constantly leaks from the seam between the airflow control ring and the deck/base But what I can't work out is, there is not a drop leaks from the air slots they are completely dry. So, somehow the juice is bypassing the air slots and making it's way straight out the bottom ? ? ? The only explanation I can think of is an internal fault in the deck itself, but even then I would have thought there would have been some sign of juice at the air intake slots, but there's nothing. Just as a matter of interest, this is the way I've got it wicked which Vandy Vape appeared to deem satisfactory.

Wick looks fine to me, without prizing the deck apart I suppose you won't find out where it's leaking from.

Hoping the new deck cures the problem blakey, as it's a cracking good vape. I don't own an Ammit, but have tried it. At that time I preferred the ijoy exo RTA over the Ammit and that's what pushed me towards the Kylin, as the Ammit wasn't any better an RTA than I already had.

Cloud production was ok but that don't really bother me as am more about the flavour.
