Haven't been on the forum for ages but still vaping, now 28 months!! Have stuck for the last two years with the Tornado but atomisers seem more difficult to get hold of, so was tempted by TECC offer of the Tank. It arrived today but already there are problems with a general guzzling of juice, must have used 3 x as much today,-not good. Leaking a lot and I have changed the caps, so that's not the problem. Firstly, if anyone has any experience of these, would the silicone caps be better? Secondly, would I be better off with clearomizers or cartomizers? If so, which ones would members recommend. Thanks a lot

Not once have I suggested anyone to get A/B/C-tank systems as those are pain in the ***... Either you get dry hit (adjust wick).. You get leaking (more VG% in the juice / adjust wick / make airhole on the cap )..
Get cartomizer tanks.. No leaking, no pain in the *** just gooooooood vaping (or try dripping with an 306/HH/i06)

I'd get some Boge Cartomiser's myself Pixie . . . or some Vision Ego's if you'd like a mini Tank system. The Tanks you have are known to suffer from leakage problems. Huge congrats on your 28 months though.

Not saying it won't work.. Just a waste of money and vape... ECHOmizers are meant afterall for 4.2V systems to get the optimal vape. (do note; I vape my LR's @ 4.2-4.5V)One of my Box VV's ~4.2V, Bolt with Kick @ 9W, EVO @ 4.5V, Bombshell for euca/menthol vape (no need for higher voltages as those kick arse even @ 0mg) Missing from the pic is 2 box mods, Swichback, Redbull DIY VV.. (And the tanks are from a line I make myself (Boge in use))

I am confuzeled now . I get what you are saying though and get the whole volts thing with ohms but the info on link seems to conflict the equation don't you agree ?

I am confuzeled now . I get what you are saying though and get the whole volts thing with ohms but the info on link seems to conflict the equation don't you agree ? This pit is from HC "Echo cartomizer is cone shaped and perpectly compatible with eGo/eGo T batteries 3.3V-6V" & "Style: 510 threading / Best match: Joye eGo T 900mah battery".. Funny to see they write that when they sell ECHO battery's don't you think? It's the big problem in vaping.. Most of the vendors sell the basic stuff just to get it out.. If they'd think it out and at least tried to look into these thing's (trying for themselfs) they wouldn't write that. At least I wouldn't.. Good example is my aunt.. She smoked 2-3 MAXI packs/day.. I got her the Ego system to try out.. She had to vape 40mg to get half of her needs.. Then I thought to myself "**** it..." I gave her one of my own Box Mod's.. Adjusted it to 4.3V and said to try that out.. 24mg was plenty of enough for her after that. So the problem ain't that it's not working or anything.. You just won't get the best of it with such a low voltage levels. So basicly they aren't lying or anything, they just state that it "works" with 510.. (and tbh 510 is the stick models & the most common threading) <-- 510 battery

love them tanks and tips where did you get them As I said earlier the tanks are from a line I make.. The tips are Cherry Vape Mings from C9V and the metal one on the left is from the same line that my tanks come from (the name only).. VTTV had small talk about some Finnish tips (that were send to him(can't remember the name)) he makes the tips on my line and nowadays also the tank caps with CNC.

Yeah i'm trying one of the free cigar flavours at the mo from vapourlasa and the battery on my little gem ran out, thought can't be bothered going into the kitchen to get a fresh battery, so put it onto an ego battery, ok it works but no satisfaction, in fact it was hard to even tell what it was, tasted more like waffle so put new batt in the LG and it's better at 3.7 but i imagine it would be better again at 4 maybe 4.2, c'mon postman
