Hey, I hope this is the right place to post? I was wondering what people did for ecig storage, particularly pens and tanks? I have quite a new pen style vapes and more tanks than mods. Currently I'm swapping and changing tanks alot depending on what I'm in the mood for, but the downside....I got tanks rolling all over the place! Equally, putting a pen style device down on the coffee table - like the Aspire Pockex for example, all it takes is my husband walking past to send it toppling over. I did see one tank stand on amazon www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06W54DL72/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A37DDYL3HIJUOX&psc=1and it's ok and I know £17 isn't 'alot' of money but it doesn't really seem like value for money (or is it, what do you think?) I was looking at something like this but I'm not sure it's much good for the spare tanks but could be handy for the pen style devices: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00HQK5Y9E/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2O5B9A232P30L&psc=1Or something like this: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B016RMPCR0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A1EIY0DOSSM2I3&psc=1which looks nifty for bottles of eliquids and the drawers for drip tips and spare coils and things - but again not sure about the tanks. Just wondered if people here have any vape storage solutions you could share? and where might be the best place to buy! thanks!

Hi kingerax I bought one of the clear plastic tray things (middle one shown) except I have the 3 drawer unit that sits on the base. This unit sits on my desk and holds all a sort of vaping paraphernalia. As to different e-cigs, I went over to just the one type of unit about 2 and a bit years ago. I only use Istick 20W with Nautilus 5m Tanks and I have 5 of these set-ups on the go at any one time. I use a istick silicon cover, attached to a lanyard which means that I can interchange any ecig I want to use and it is always there, at arms reach but kept safely out of harms way. In all that time, I have never dropped any. And even when I am driving, walking or just lazily sitting at home, my ecig is always there, ready for instant use.

Well, kingerax , there are about as many "storage" options for your vape gizmos as there are members here I really like the classy looking stands phtumshk pointed to earlier in this thread - made by wildpolecat . Many do use those plastic/acrylic "makeup" stands that seem to be freely available on-line of the sort you've already posted links to. Other sources for that style of stand would include the big name Chinese E-Cig stores (FastTech, Health Cabin, etc) There are a couple of other cheap options I use (mainly because I'm cheap! *grin* ). For "tubular" items, I found a range of plastic storage containers at our local supermarket. These have easy to use but firmly locking lids. I've found them very suitable for storing tube mods (Ego style batteries, Vamo and similar style mods), atties AND also for carrying vape stuffs (including liquids) securely in my suitcases when traveling: Otherwise, for stands suitable for both tubular mods and atties, I've simply bored holes into timber off-cuts. Not super pretty but cheap and they certainly do the job. Of course, you can pretty them up if that's your thing.... Whatever you do - plan to allow room for your collection of vape things to grow, as it almost certainly will!

I also use; Plastic storage boxes (2 or 3 times bigger than ice cream tubs) Make-Up holders (acrylic) and one wooden thing I made myself. For VFM and sensible compartments, those acrylic things are awesome. My best was from Flying Tiger. They are cheap if you know where to look. £3-£5 gets something decent. You could buy one from Korea or Taiwan for £1.50 but the P&P is the killer on these, that's why large chain stores can afford to get them shipped.

I found that the acrylic rack with drawer storage worked very well for me in the early days and I do still use it daily - mine came from amazon but it cost about £6 for tray and £12 for base drawers so have a look about for options. It now resides inside the cupboard I had to buy when my vape gear expanded £5 from eBay so its probably my best vape buy! I do have other acrylic bits and bobs, lipstick trays cost about £2 and fit 10 ml juice bottles in nicely and round one takes 22mm mods and atomisers. Also fasttech (china) sell driptip stands and atomiser stands for only a few pound I do have a dedicated vape stand on my unit but I picked it up in the classifieds for £10 so its worth keeping your eyes open, but normally I'll buy stuff that isnt specifically vape related as its cheaper. For out and about storage I use small camera cases and glasses cases and phone accessory bags as they are usually quite cheap on ebay or amazon

wow so many good ideas! all these pics are awesome! I think I like looking more at the storage than the actual mods! :-) awesome storage ideas.
I use a pencil case when I take them out and about. That's quite handy because I can fit a pen style one and my cool fire and a bottle of juice, usb cable and coil. I got one from paperchase for £5 - plain black and it has different compartments, but it's still small.
DaveJ you made those stands?! They look better than any I've seen for sale, they are really good!
Pepperty - your storage is amazing! I love the circular one - I'm guessing it spins round? and that clear one, top shelf of your cupboard in the middle, that would be perfect for the coffee table - that's where they most fall over, even shutting a door can send them toppling!

About two years into vaping, I, like many others, found myself with boxes, cases and pouches of every shape and size under the sun. I ended up building a Garden Shed just to keep it all in. Okay, so the shed has more than just vape gear in it, but you get the picture. Too many different bits and pieces, all doing the same job and all ultimately there only to give me a nice wee Vape.
Having gone through a number of very expensive high end Mods, I then I found an inexpensive Mod and a Tank set-up that I really enjoyed. It did everything I wanted from its power and battery life and the Tank gave me over 30 hours vaping at a time.
Since I had started vaping, I had ever been in search of a set-up that I could pick up in the morning and know that I could vape it all day, if necessary, until bedtime, without having to change the batteries or refill the tank. Once I had that, then it was just a case of settling on that set-up, buying more and filling them all with my favourite e-juices.
Yes, I still have e-cigs and atties from a couple of years back, but they are all away in boxes, and scattered around the house (and even the garden shed) are my I-sticks and Nautilus's in diverse flavours along with my "all day favourite" hanging on my lanyard about my neck.
One plastic tray in the study holds all the tools, scissors, e-juices for refilling and spare coils. Everything else is away, out the road and out of sight and does not get used until I need to refill my e-juice top-up bottles.

Not as nice as the ones above, but cheap as you can get for attys. I cut an old bit of pallet wood and drilled some holes that the 510 connection fits in. Handy for holding a small selection for a quick change

Circular stand with 22mm holes is on ebay www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252308584581 though it's from China and takes a while to arrive. It'll fit mods or 30 mm bottles of eliquid and inner row of holes for driptips nicely
