I had a great time as always.  Was nice to meet bobby00 and to finally see philmepowers again, (I believe that  is due to dagl for his coercion in that respect).

I did take some pics so I am posting them but they are a bit blurry and naff, sorry about that everyone.  

The next meet will be on 9th September.

Strange weekend timetable for engineering works or God knows what and canceled train prevented me from getting to the last train so going to Hertford north and I may walk it as cab drivers round round here charge like wonded rihnos with pms and a hangover. Only 2 rail stops and uber > £20.

Well at least it is a very good night for a walk. How far is it though ?

Result, shared a cab with a couple and a spare guy, could have only cost 10p, but gave the same as the others to the driver (was the last drop off and the others had covered the fare) and way cheaper than Uber £27-£37 plus wait 10 mins for 5.1 miles. (the couple had fallen victim to the same rail shenanigans as I did)

Would just like to clarify that there wasn't anyone at the meet that has been on this forum and left - Niamh and Markse have never been members on here, in fact I don't think they are on any forums at all. The others are all members on here.
