Saturday 8th July 2017 *7pm - 11pm
* We can only have the private room upstairs from 7pm this time, we can meet down at the bar earlier, but must go outside to vape.

Nearest tube stations are Warren Street, Goodge Street and Oxford Circus
We will be in the function room which is upstairs.
No vaping at the bar, which is downstairs, please.
They don't charge for use of the room but they ask that we give a donation of a minimum of £2. per person which they will give to Macmillan Cancer Support.
They do not serve food at the weekends but they are happy for us to bring in hot food if we want to.

The meet is for anyone who wants to come, and you would be very welcome. The list is of people that have said in this thread that they are coming. Yes its all very casual and friendly - drinks and vaping. Also if people want to ask about anything or need help building coils etc they can do so. |

Wasn't sure if the 5 names are the ppl invited or the ppl who said they can go 🤔😁 Yeah, completely informal, just friends meeting up for a drink and a catch up, everyone's happy to help out with vaping issues/how-tos and someone usually does a pizza/chips run during the evening. We can vape upstairs, but this time we have to wait until 7 so will be vaping on the pavement, but it's a quite road and there are usually some of the locals smoking or vaping outside. Between Oxford Circus and Warren Street, less than 10 mins walk to either, I think Goodge Street is even closer. |
