I generally buy pre coiled wires, from China, fasttech do loads for pennies. I also have lots of wire and coiling rods but I am a bit lazy and just open a bag of 50 that are ready to fit into my tank! I dont mind making from single wires but once its claptons and twisted etc. I just buy them ready made I regularly use these by wotofo for my single coil sub ohm tanks (like my UD serpents) £4 for 25Spaced coils I like LTQ brand on fasttech £3 for 100 28 gauge 26 amd 24 gauge available --- think I just bought a box of each... I like UD coils too, they do a big box of wires,on spools, for under £10 so you can try all sorts of builds out But I'm even lazier than that so I buy their ferris wheel of ready made coils 70 coils for £9 ish perfect for drippers, or squonk attys Obviously you have to factor in that China orders can take a few weeks to arrive but I just order and forget and constantly try out their stock, far easier than messing about making myself from scratch. I have a tool box full of ready made wires and coils for when I need them

its all a bit 'how long is a piece of string?' because everyone likes different settings/wire gauge/power/ohms so all I can say is what are you vaping at the moment and what style of vape, tank and battery power.
Everything else is guesswork but we can help you narrow down to match what you like so far, I've been vaping over 3 years and I like 6 or 7 different styles so I have lots of setups depending on my mood and my vape equipment to hand.

Sounds like you are very new to the idea of making coils. I strongly suggest watching a few "how to" videos on youtube so you grasp what its all about and also the safety aspect of it

Yes brand new just made a coil came out at 0.76 ohms reading off. Smok kooper knight with a Mage dripper? Only use this for tasting my own abortions of juice making attempts? Just trying some Bastard sauce needs to stand for a bit I think? Also just knocked up 3 one shots cant wait 2-3 weeks unless its proper nasty? Seems to work nicely at about42-50 watts. Going at under 6 volts

Buying pre-built coils . . . . I'm a huge fan! In all honesty they're reasonable enough to just buy a selection and then see which works best for you bobby00.

I have a fair selection from FT. Better than buying half a handful for a fiver off someone on ebay, who got them from FT. It's one of the glaring rip-offs in vaping... all those vendors selling posh coils supposedly handmade by dyslexic elves in the back of the shop and rumoured to be blessed by Father McTeirnan from the clerical & metal-workers guild. Obviously I can make a double-fused staggered Alien-hive-zombie coil if I want to. Easy...

I really like this brand. www.fasttech.com/products/3033/10025417/5520801I've had a pair of those in my Aromamizer Plus for about 5 months now which i clean and dry burn every 10 days or so and they are still going strong. Not bad at all 5 months and counting of use for 42p They do a whole variety of different coils just use the dropdown box on the right to select.

Just ordered a wheel with 48 coils in just worried about 0.2's and 0.3's only got a smok 80w and an Eleaf pico 80w on way from the land of the rising sun or thereabouts Geography crap except in London of course which the world revolves around lol I dont think I will get into mech mods although they were pretty cheap on FTech bloody pennies really! These vape shops really stitch us up on prices £6-£7 for 10ml of juice is taking the piss I think! I'm. Boycotting them now except in an emergency I am going to stick with my Old China?

I'm. Boycotting them now except in an emergency I am going to stick with my Old China? There are plenty of good/reasonable value, good UK eliquid companies. (Although as I mix myself, I don't avail of them).

Been trying a few pre- built coils. www.fasttech.com/p/5835105 Tsuka which I think are a Russian invention, I've found are a pretty awesome dual coil below 0.2 or even single coil. Any of the Demon Killer coils - Aliens and stapled staggered fused claptons I've found work great. Gonna try some of those Get Off My Cloud
