Advice on a new more powerful Mod?

Hi Y'all

I want to get a more powerful Mod I'm not a cloud chaser I just love the taste really,  However I realise that with drippers sometimes you need a bit more heat to get the better flavours?

I like the look of the Smok Alien 220W but probably never get to those flaming 220w heights?

But its nice to have the power there even if you don't use it? Like have an Austin 1100 and going 70 flat out and knocking the ring out of it or cruising in a V8 and acceleration is there when you need it?

Battery life longer at low watts 2 batteries?

using drippers?

Temp control? (How does that work?)

Bypass wtf?

Any recommendations around £65 mark as Father's Day prezzie but the Boy wants to come with? Impatient little bleeder so it will be an SAS manoeuvre in and out without anyone noticing

By the sounds of it, your going to be hitting a local shop
If they have a website, share that so recommendations from what they stock can be given

90% of my own mods have come from China, due to the savings you can make over UK prices

temp control is a temperamental thing to learn and tbh its not worth bothering with unless your using a dna type chip
it just to hit and miss to try and learn if your building your own coils on a china mod

bypass just means it dont use the chip and works like a mech ie the strength of the hit go down as the batts run out

dripper is just an atty that has no tank so you drip juice in the top of it after every 2 or 3 puffs

at the moe peps are loving the squonker things and after getting a cheap copy of a mechanical one i can see why
if you can make a basic coil(it not hard if you can see and you hands work honist)it might be worth thinking about the vt inbox as you can still use norm tanks on it as well as bottom feed drippers

about £30 quid cheaper than uk and prob one of the best chips to lean tc on

a 2 batt mod will prob meen you will have to get a sep batt charger if you haven't got one already and you have to keep the batts in matched/married/paired/i love you forever cupples as you cant swap and change them
so poss another £40 on batts and charger as most dont have balanced charging built in yet

is a v nice toy and it do have balanced charging so you don't need extra charger and its a dna chip so tc is good

tc is not the be all and end all of vaping but its ruddy useful when dripping or if you get a cold lol

Many people rant about the Alien, but I have had one for over a year now and although all the paint has come off (with a little extra persuasion from my pocket knife when I'm bored) it has been faultless.
You are absolutely right bobby00, just because it can theoretically run at 220w doesn't mean you have to use all that power. I am currently vaping on mine with a dual coil Geekvape Ammit tank with resistance of .25ohm, and running quite comfortably at 60w. At that setting I can get the majority of a day from a pair of Samsung 25r battteries and that's good enough for me!
Temperature Control - never used it, too much faff, and I like the simple life.
You will have ample power to run any tank you wish from something like the Alien, and the bad paint jobs that dogged the early stock have largely been rectified now, so my advice is go for it!

2. Eleaf squeeze 50w (a squonking we will do lol)
3. Smoant Charon 218w
And assorted Hadalay dripper clones, coils etc?
I just hope the wife doesnt find out I'm up sh*te creek and paddlin backwards as fast as the short fat hairy legs will carry me!!

Remember the global sales that are going on

Fathers day sale followed by an early 1st July American sale the Chinese have caught onto

You also have the Pilgrims and forfathers sales, which are an American thing the Chinese follow

UK sales, there are still special bargains being found from the changes in UK regulations

That should keep you going for your first ten parcels
