I'm just wondering because I've been told different ways, I have a Vaporesso (my favourite brand) tarot nano, and I want to know do you wait till the inbuilt 2500 mah absolutely drains to nothing, before charging or is it best to keep it topped up with as much power as possible at all convenient times. I'm thinking of longevity for the mod itself, I've been told a few different ways and if anyone knows the best way to maximise the time I get to keep it, Thank you for your help/advice.

I am no expert in these questions, but my thoughts anyway:
I think the issue with "battery memory effect" - where common advice was to always run re-chargable batteries down before re-charging mainly involved older types of battery chemistry/technology. The sorts of batteries in our mods nowdays are far less affected by that "memory effect".
With that in mind - I'd charge based on your usage requirements not when the battery is near flat. For example, if you are going out tonight put 'em on charge this afternoon to "top them up", so they are fully charged when you are ready to leave.
My only advice would be not to leave them fully flat for any period. Batteries do not like being left flat.

With lithium batteries, which all e-cigs have, top-up is the way to go to preserve your battery, the most effective way to extend your battery life is not to fully charge them. Just only charging to 90% should double you battery life, not running them down to min gives less of a boast to their life, I can't recall the proportion exactly, but their are links in the guide I wrote (see my footer). Also avoid keeping them in hot places and using your mods near full power.
