its weird cos when i first gave up i couldnt get enuff PG redlabel marlboro juice in 24mg but that feels harsh now so i am also thinkin bout gettin the correct mix for me. i tried a 50/50 benson fences in 24mg an that was lovely and so dint last long so now i'm thinkin i drop the nic to 18 or i stay at 24 but increase the VG ???

if your worried QB buy a nic juice at max 36 mg then you can't go wrong with nic od , I was a little worried when I first started then I went and bought 56mg nic lol , it sat in a drawer for a few months before I got confidence to mix ... thanks to reading the mixology threads

Edit: just checked my bottle and it's 52mg

Interesting, when I first stopped smoking and vaped I so needed the throat hit you get with pg, now I'm much happier with a mix of a decent amount of vg in it

Glad it's not just me storm I am a bit neurotic at times lol I have a 25ml bottle of unflavoured 50/50 36mg and and lots of 5ml VG no nic various flavours and some flavourings so could play about with that to start I also have some 100% PG 24mg so could just add some VG to that to see what happens .

I find pg harsh but think I need the nic if that makes sense gonna have to have a play with mixes I think my brain is gonna have a dicky fit hehehe .

Bee there's a few mix calculators available on the interweb that do all the maths for you. You enter the nic strength you want to end up with and they calculate the quantities of other ingredients to use.

Also maybe worth getting in some 25ml/35ml medicine bottles (i prefer plastic) from the chemist next time you're there for storing juices (you can get bigger - upto 200ml) they're no more than 50p each..

Had a mad, bad weekend.

I can't get no satisfaction fits the bill.

Been vaping my fav Black Liquorice a lot this weekend but just felt bloated last night and craving a cig, 1st time that has happened and i was worried about it especially as i felt no relief after using my inhaler.

Reading through some threads on mixology as I am thinking of having a go at this, came across something that made me think about the PG/VG ratio so had a look at the bottles of juice I was using yesterday to find out what ratio was used in the making of them.

What did I find, I had 6 bottles all from the same company and have been using with no ill effects..then 2 of them turned out to be just PG no VG and yes they were the Liquorice I started using this weekend.
