Gotta go back to FT for 2 more Squeezes plus L16s.....Not broke but NICKED by a thieving scrote vandal in the early hours of Saturday morn.
Parked up in a Chelmsford car park after a good night of LOUD metal & beer, My O/H woke 1st due to the van rocking (stop sniggering at the back!... ) I came to as the loud bang happened......the passenger window had been forced off of the runner (must've used a slim but strong lever...) to drop it into the door.
Did n't even SEE the culprit (tho' putting My specs on mighta helped!!! ...) & hoping I'm not on cctv as was in Me pants, swearing & holding a wood hatchet!!!
Understandably, My O/H was n't keen on staying so I got Us to an out-of-town layby, planning to get the door pocket off & c/o 'running repairs'/bodge......
THIS WAS WHEN I REALISED THAT THE SQUEEZES WERE GONE!! Reaching for one when I got behind the wheel!!
I shamefully confess that I hit a 24hr garage & scored 30g. Old Holborn, skins & matches...  NEVER AGAIN THO'.....it was vile!!!
Luckily, later on in daylight......I found the component bits of an old telescoping mech. ('Grand Vapor'...) with an Origen rammed on! This got Me thru' the rest of the W/E 'till getting back to the 'Box' Y'day....despite having no mesh in the 'spares kit' & just a tiny wisp of (grubby..) Rayon as wick for 3 days!!

REALLY glad to be puffing today on My Coppervape/Anima & the BACKUP Squeeze/L16 bought in the last FT Sale!!

Things I've learnt:-
1. DON'T leave kit on the top of the dashboard!!!! (Obvious I know but never thought that 2 cheap mods, with no batteries in & no batt. caps would warrant the effort of B&E!!!
2. Smoking Tobacco tastes revolting!!! 
3. RDAs without B/F are a pita!!!!
4. Make sure there's wicking material in the 'essential kit' box!!!
5. Rayon is re-usable with a rinse & blotted dry!
6. Don't scoff at the old 'back-ups for back-ups of the back-ups' adage!! I was dead lucky that that old, crusty & forgotten mech was still in the van...

Right, thanks for listening.....off to try & find My Old 'Terminating Owl' Squonker!
