Did me a freehand (style) full mech squonk in acrylic a while back and really liked it. Decided to have a bash at 1 in wood with a mosfet?(or maybe not, mech is so much easier lol) So set about salvaging some bits n bobs. 1 oak chair back and an old mosfet set. 'Attempted' some marking out with a biro & a sharpie lol Cut em out Filed some grooves for battery/bottle and a bit of a check everything is gonna fit Got busy wiv some glue. Made an acrylic piece to hold the 510 and switches etc. Marked out where I had to dremmel out so it would drop into the wood. Lots and lots of dremmelin later Now the hard part, whitling it down to a more shapely form. This is normally when i get bored and f!ck it up by rushing. Many hours later Ive got it down to this, still needs some more work as i wont it more rounded. Thats as far as we get this weekend. Hopefully I remember to take some more pics. Thanks for lookin.

Wish I had a big shed, I live on the top floor of a block of flats the new neighbors love me. The old neighbors were in there 90s and as deaf as posts, could get away with using angle grinders and every thing lol.

Thats pretty much it bar a few tweaks here and there and giving it a lacquer with the super glue. Thanks for readin.

...Im like yeah how hard can it be to do camo lol. .... hehehe .... those famous words: "... how hard can it be?" For the record, I reckon the "hint" of colour that remains after sanding looks good. It ought "polish up" well. Oh and laurie9300 - here's another who is using CA as a finish. phtumshk - Laurie and I have had some, err, interactions about that and as a result, I've tried it ... once ... That stuff fought me hard every step of the way. I look forward to seeing your results with it. BUT that's all secondary - it makes vape!
