I have some concentrates which I have not used for 2-3 years. Should I bin them as they must be past their best ?

I would have a sniff first and if they seem OK do a quick drop on the finger lick test, but most likely they will be fine.

I've got some 2yrs out of date and still using them, I think they've lost a little flavour so I just up the % in the mix and don't worry about it, my big bottle of CAP has been open and used for the last 2yrs no problem.
