I have it on very good authority (DrunkJ AKA ThreeDJ16) that CA (super glue) is the thing, I'll quote CA = CyanoacrylateDilution is with acetone, this is a long established method for wooden mod bodies, the discussion I took the above from was about the dilution method getting scary hot which was probably due to humidity. I never would have thought of filling with the superglue but Ive just managed to fill some annoying seams on my acrylic squonker with it. And its a hell of a lot easier to sand to a near invisible finish than the acrylic liquid. Thanks for posting, always good to learn some new techniques.

You can mix baking powder = bicarbonate of soda with the super glue (to fill not to coat though).
