SCREWS
Deck screws: M1.6 x 0.3mm
Fill hole screws: Kayfun Lite: M2.5 Countersunk, length = 4mm (use this if the screw sits flush at the base). KFL+ : M2.5 Pan head, length = 4mm (use this if the screw is a round head and recessed in the hole).
I find that going with 5mm length is better - less leakage

A little bit of PTFE tape on the screw as close to the head as possible stops leaks.

Found a new one for you also put an oring on it .Will send you a couple of nylon screws as well as I found these to be good if you had leakage issues. You just need to cut them to length. Must point out it doesnt work with all clone kayfuns depending on the cap/chimney but does work with all the originals. Ive got a clone kayfil here you can have if you still use your Kfuns regular. I dont really need it as I glued all me chimneys to the top caps so I can just unscrew the base like a subtank.

Thank you for the offer but to be honest i don't think i would use it that much. Ta Kev
