How much Nic Do I Add

I have a 60ml bottle of Juice that is 3mg strength. I have removed 6ml to make room.

How much 72% VG Nicotine do I need to add to make the rest of the bottle 6mg strength?

If you've removed 6ml, then you have 54ml of 3mg/ml left.....
Adding about 2.5ml of 72mg/ml (7.2%) nic will take it up to 6mg/ml :

I think you mean 7.2% nicotine. To make 60 ml of 6mg/ml you would need about 5ml of 7.2%. So as it already contains about 2.5 ml (to make it 3mg) then you need to add as much again i.e. about another 2.5ml of your nicotine solution. A tad less because you will only have total of 56.5ml

Wait for a second opinion though.
