Drip hacks loss of chill?

Hi guys,

For the last week I have pretty much been vaping on Drip Hacks Cryo juices (Electric, Fantasi and Grape) non-stop.

Yesterday and today I have noticed a distinct reduction in the chill level when vaping - have I adapted to it? Does the chill fade?

I have some WS-23 en route and am tempted to bung some in on arrival but then don't want to overchill (is that possible?!) if the freeze will come back.

I mixed all 3 at either 50/50 or 70 VG and 4mg nicotine. All of them have been kept in a dark place.

Coils and wicks have been changed. Maybe a duff coil (or two)?

I suspect that your palate has grown accustomed to the effect of the WS-23. It might be worth trying some juice without the additive for a couple of days to see if, when you go back to it, the chill has returned

The coldness can subside in the cryo range the longer it is left ghostrider1971. That and as chykensa has said, your taste gets used to it. I Like a lot of Drip Hacks concentrates, but the cryo range are actually my least favourite. Their cremeux is a really nice custardy type vape. Six week steep is a killer, but I've managed to keep some that is at 9 weeks just now and it's very tasty.

striker42 - After your previous kind recommendations, I got cremeux and Joetun's Wrath - have mixed the Creameux and, very begrudgingly, hid it at the back of my steep draw with a "Do not open until 10 December" label on it

The Joetun's smells absolutely lush - looking forward to giving that a bash IDC

Do you reckon I could add a bit of WS-23 myself to the cryo's without wrecking them?

That would'nt do any harm if you add in small amounts until it's to your liking.

What's the fantasi one like ghostrider1971 ?? Used to like elements orange one but then it went a bit sickly and I need to chuck another order in and it sounds nice enough.

dalealan - It's really rather nice. I read the reviews on Drip Hacks before I ordered it "Wow - this tastes exactly like an ice cold can of Tango".....errr....not to me....

It is cold. It is orange and it's a nice orange. But it's more Morrisons orangeade than Tango....if you know what I mean

I really enjoyed the Electric you kindly recommended - I would recommend Cryo Grape most strongly. Tonight I'm on the Jotun's Wrath that striker42 recommended - absolutely lovely - almost like refresher sweets with a slight chill - very addictive.

Don't tell anyone, but I had a cheaky nip of my Creameux custard yesterday - after 2 days steepng it's absolutely cracking already - I think after the full steep it will be something very special.....

Cheers my good chap. I mixed the cryo electric at higher percent instead of the recommended so that might be why it keeps freezing my throat and it's nearly painful and I can't drink anything cold for half an hour hah. I'm ordering the jotuns to try and the key lime cookie one so I'll chuck the fantasi one in too. Couldn't get away with the grape and the brain twister is bloody horrible. Left it for the recommended 6 week steep but nope tastes nothing at all like a twister lolly. Bleurghhhh. The mango one was nice though.

Have a serious think about that custard too - it is special

Yeah the cooling effect is really addictive. I've chucked a bottle of the ws23 in because the ws5 is always out of stock and I'll end up adding it into everything . Can't really get away with custards though which is weird as I loved them years ago. Might try their strawberry milkshake and their lemon too as theyre cheap enough to give them a whirl.
