A little update he has changed the trading address 150 New Road Side, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS184DP thanks to a member over at The Vapers Cafe for informing us.

Further small update just seen on the Chefs FB page apparently he is suing folks who have spoke out (and apparently his girlfriend has received threats I think online) and POTV on a no win no fee saying the law firm must reckon they have a good chance since they are willing to go the no win no fee route, I have posted my response which was I smell something and it's not a Bacon Sarnie. Chrissie I will donate to your legal fund, anyone else in.

Thank you joeten Seriously though, I've had legal threats against me before, when a vendor way back, threatened me for not deleting a justified bad review about them.

I'm out . . . . and a respectful word of caution from me, it's probably wise not to get ahead of ourselves here . . . . if a serious legal route should be taken against Chrissie or the forum, I'd doubt that any one of us realistically wants to be sued.  ( There are potential consequences for the community as a whole. )

As happened in the past with just such a particular instance ( as opposed to an idle threat ) the thread in question was very grudgingly and unwillingly removed.

So let's be sensible and for now make the most of the current opportunities we have to warn unsuspecting consumers of this persons less than honest selling practices.

It's either his company  . . . . . or he's chosen to ignore Data Protection Law, which isn't a sensible move for anyone to make.
