I just tried to add 4Evic Vtc mini(random check no batts) to the basket and the free shipping came up automatically
I do not know any details of the free shipping probably the slowest one I guess

they did not offer freeshipping for clearance products, but it also looks good to choose cheap/slow airmails. Anyway, I have ordered some mods, local shipping is very cheap, enjoy it.
