Hi guys,
I've just got a little query. I've bought quite a few items from Fasttech who usually ship within a few days. By "ship" I mean dispatched from their end and then a few weeks for the items to arrive here in the UK. I'm just a bit concerned that my last order placed on 30th December has not yet "shipped". Maybe I'm worrying over nothing but it's been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I've never waited more than about a week in the past for an order to ship. Should I be worried or not?

Have a look at your order to see if you have purchased something that is preorder and they are waiting on it coming. It will show on every item if it's ready to ship or have a eta for the item to be ready to ship.

Products are typically shipped in a separate package because of one or more of the following reasons:
- Some items was displayed as "ships in X days" when ordering and thus they cannot be shipped promptly - Some of the items were rejected during pre-shipment QC check, and we're acquiring new supplies from suppliers - The items' distributors have missed their supply schedule and thus we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order
You can expect your second package to ship within a few days, and all of your packages will ship using the same shipping service you have chosen during checkout. We'll also e-mail shipment notifications to you as each of your packages ship. Please let us know if you have questions about this arrangement. Thank you.

The only thing is it's been 8 days (not "a few days") as stated above. I'll leave another few days and then I'll contact them.

Its perfectly normal mate When ordering an item...check to see if its in stock first. It might say restocking or eta x. Looks like your order is being sent in 2 parcels as one or more items arent in stock.

I always check that its available to ship before I proceed. Except if its something I really want and then I just wait until it arrives. They have never let me down. Royal mail however............

I've got some red writing that says: "ETA 1/16/2018 (in 3 days)"Happens fairly often and the ETA isn't a guarantee it will be in stock in 3 days, if one or more items in the order keep getting delayed you can use the open ticket button to ask them to split the order and ship the items that are in stock immediately and the rest later, when the stock arrives, they usually answer the ticket the next working day

Had to wait 3-4 weeks (or more?) for them to get a GV Zeus end of last year; they kept changing the date obviously because they just did not have them. When they did get them they where mailed to me same day. I guess you can always cancel if not happy to wait.

I've purposely chosen/bought items that at the time were showing to be in stock, only to find when I checked out - that they weren't! So it can still be a bit hit and miss no matter how much you check. The joys of China shopping . . . . . offset of course by the prices we pay. It's alright for you, at least they haven't shipped the second packet yet... I'm waiting on FT getting confirmation from Singpost that what I ordered on 24th Nov and dispatched to overseas country on 14-12-17 has, in fact, been lost, and they can't re-send until they have

An order I did said ships in 7 days, well that has been and gone and now I've got the famous 'restocking' thing on my order, still shows on the item link as ships in 7 days though..

Fasttechs statuses are also slightly misleading. In stock means that the suppliers have it and they can normally process it within two to three days but this can sometimes go out of the window and the Ships Next Day means that Fasttech has the actual items in their warehouse and normally fly through. Bit confuddling but they've always done it like that.
