Small Screen (from an evolv dna 40)

I'm on the lookout for a small screen to replace in my dna40 as the mod works but the screen is dead. A pal has the mod and is happy to fit new screen in but they don't have a replacement either. I see that there are plenty of the large version around and they are much easier to  fit and I could have clipped on in myself but the small version is a solder job 

Issue i'm having is that I cant find a supplier of small screens anywhere in UK so if anyone knows of a source I might have missed or is a mod maker and has one knocking about then I'm interested
