MTL RTA tanks just sharing my experience

            if like me you don't want to be hoofing in vape in extreme quantities and prefer that mouth to lung hit, just wanted to let you know about a couple of mouth to lung RTA tanks i have recently brought and tried. reason why i have gone to rebuildable was to keep cost down as i was getting through stock coils like no tomorrow, was using the joyetec pro mtl tank, and got to say it is a bloody good mtl tank, been very impressed with it, but i tend to have two tanks on the go constantly so was getting a bit pricey.
Thought i would give the rebuilding another go and recently brought a AUGVAPE Merlin MTL tank from a member and also innokin Ares, off eBay .

both tanks are very good and give a nice MTL hit, both give good flavour and clouds, out the two i do favour the Ares as i found it easier to build on compared to the merlin, and also prefer the wick channels on the ares compared to the merlin. building using 26ga kanthel and around 7 wraps 3mm spaced coming out at around 1.02-1.05 oms.

 again both tank are very good, will be trying more tanks very soon, but so far very pleased and will continue using these till i try new tanks, would recommend giving mtl rta a try you could save money in the long run, well especially when you get through stock coils like me.

If you dont mind a ducks arse tight MTL draw the berserker is easy to fill, good on flavour and plenty cheap.
Talking plenty cheap the doggy style from FT is a bit looser on the draw but a cracking little MTL tank.

I can recommend the Sxk Kf Prime brummiematt. It is probably not as tight as the Berserker but it has a flavourfull vape. I used it in 2ml mode but I managed to break the glass atm I use it with the extension kit but the flavour from it def changed. Now I have to wait till the Chinese NY is over and order some 2ml replacement glass for it

The berserker does look good. I used aspire triton 2 for ages but buying coils for it was beginning to really get to me..as some of the coils didnt last very long + it almost always leaked a bit below the coil into the connecting piece although it is solidly made. I looked for a RTA and some website had the digiflavor siren 2 as THE best MTL tank on their list so I bought it. Generally I have been happy with it after first few uses where it leaked badly. I have put that down to lack of experience and now screw it down real tight. Still leaks a bit now and then through the air holes and sometimes a little bit on the bottom edges of tank that sit on my box but its manageable. It produces good flavour and clouds compared with anything else I have used. I am big on flavour, dont really care much about clouds. Would only recommend it with caution.

Would anyone know if Berserker is looser or a tighter draw than siren 2 whn fully open? I use the siren 2 with last two holes closed.. That seems to be my sweet spot.

i mtl 16 mg for nic replacement and use 3 mg to blow big clouds and enjoy the flavor
tanks wize the only 2 tanks i use now apart from the mini fogger in the gizmo is a kayfun v3 mini clone 19mm oddball sized thing and this doggy thing i got for me mums bday
both are easy to build and wick(the doggy thing has surprised me as i built it and wicked it and its worked 1st time and the flavor is on par with the kayfun
think they cost about a tenner each and well worth a try
