Try The Flavour Apprentice as a substitution in recipes . . . . the concentrates I had from UKF were very similar in strength and flavour.

I spotted louikn . . . . personally I'd be inclined to also sub or lower the ratio/combine Pie Crust with something else. There are nicer pie concentrates about now since iLardyboy created his recipe.

Perhaps see what Richard suggests as it's his creation.

Yes it is an old recipe but does sound great.. ive noticed there may be better blueberry concentrates out now also. Ive searched for similar recipes but this one in particular sounds best so far.

Richard does have a great palate for flavour combinations louikn . . . . if you're happy with it as it stands, then there's only one way to find.

Sounds alright, but a few flavours in there i may not be keen on. Im fussy to be honest haha
