Hi gill2009, Perpetua & Lee, sorry for lateness in replying, my internet got cut off. Was supposed to be my neighbours but the telephone company made a mistake and cut mine off instead, then the cheeky so & so's only wanted me to pay for reinstallation which I refused to do, that's why it's taken so long to get reconnected Will now reply to you all individually

I have actually found one on ebay now, it does say they are genuine Samsung ones and they look exactly like the ones I have now. The reviews were good as well, and they post out to Spain at not too expensive a rate which is a bonus. The seller is called powerjunkie-uk if you've ever heard of them. They also have their own website toots . . . . whether it would work out any better for you to purchase direct? powerjunkie.co.uk/Thanks Perpetua that's worth knowing as I don't personally have an ebay account so I had to get my friend to actually order them for me. Doing it via their own website means I can order from there myself in the future

What about looking on amazon and seeing if you can get any cheaper there I know we used to buy a lot of stuff from there when I lived in Spain I would have done that had I not recently been through a right 'ol saga with amazon. To be brief, I placed an order on 2nd November last year and have been waiting ever since then for them to get the goods delivered to me, that's 4 months of waiting!!!! Every single parcel, replacement after replacement after replacement went missing - 9 parcels in total, all sent by a carrier called DP (whoever the hell they are). I kept emailing amazon telling them not to send the replacement goods via this DP carrier but they would not listen to me. If they'd sent the goods by Royal Mail or UPS I would have got them. In the end I've told them to stuff their flippin goods up their ar**s, that there is no point in me ever ordering from them again if they can't get the goods to me. All I got was a standard letter back as to how important their customers are to them - yeah, like hell
