Evening all,
Even as a previous OH and liquorice paper smoker, I sometimes craved the dirty, smelly, chemically, dry taste of a pre-made cigarette. No idea why, just one of those things that smokers go through?
Having been through a fair number of the excellent NETs (i.e. Burley, Desert Ship, Sultan etc) from BCL, I really wanted to try one of their cigarette NETs. Enter "USA Red"....
80VG. 4mg nic. Mixed at 10%. Vaped on the wonderful (but now very temperamental....) Lavabox. Cleito 0.4ohm @ 32.5w.
Yep, USA Red is a Marlboro Red......and a very authentic MR it is too.
Having spent most of the evening on this one, the room actually has a fairly authentic (although not sure this is a good thing....) "real cigarette" smell. It has a very dry taste and is pretty powerful. Imagine a real MR without the awful throat stripping sensation. The strangest thing with such a powerful inhale is the real lack of taste after the exhale.
I would suggest this would be a very good buy for the new vaper who wants to get in to DIY mixing (certainly well above a number of the RY4 brands I've had the misfortune of trying....). Having the benefit of being cheap and a very good analogue alternative, I'm certainly happy to keep a tank of this around for one of those "I want a dirty ciggie" moments. I'm going to try it as my out and about at work vape tomorrow (with a spare mod loaded with Red Envy just in case....)
Do I recommend for more seasoned tobacco fans and aficionados? Yes, but with caution.....

VapingBad & kreed BCL's take on 'Red USA' is nothing like Hangsen's....I bought this a while back & was disappointed; it's ok but I wanted it to taste like the Hangsen! I reckon My taste buds must be knackered after 30 yrs of roll-ups as this is another one of BCLs that give Me their generic 'in-house' flavour!
