I know there are many free photo hosts out there, but for me it's been worth paying £15.32 to not only have all Photobucket images restored on the forum, but also to have continued, easy access to the many images I uploading to them over the years.

I did prefer Photobucket for hosting my images up until they had a server problem and lost more than half of my images. Emailed to see what was going on and they completely refused to admit it was their fault that my images had disappeared and basically fobbed me off refusing to even apologize.
Once bitten and all that. I will not use them ever again.

About time someone took a sensible pill. Still not willing to pay them. Let's see how that goes, at least it's affordable and a realistic price if I have to pay.
