Doctors and vaping.

I've recently been in hospital with a large blood clot on my lungs but none of the doctors I spoke to nor my own doctor when I came out batted an eyelid when I told them I was vaping and none said to give it up.

Dunno about my doctor (don't see him very often, touch wood), but my dentist heartily approves of my vaping.
It certainly helps a ton with dental health, fewer fillings, fewer infections, less receding of gums and less scale and polish episodes.
I don't know why the stop smoking brigade haven't made more of the negative effects on dental health that stinkies have.

It seems like you've got an enlightened team looking after you which can't be a bad thing!
My own GP, who is quite a traditional type, has been very confident in telling me that 'vaping is definitely better than smoking' (not that I need telling..)

My taxi medical, doctor asked if I smoked.
Told him I vape
So he said your a non smoker
Try telling that to car drivers stuck behind me

When i broke my coxsyx (spelling?)... i had to go to doctor on mrs orders. Whilst i was there i took my mod out pocket and put it on his desk. He noticed, nodded at the mod and said "thats the best medical invention in recent years, just wish more smokers would make the leap". This is coming from a doctor that has written books on the proffession.
From that point onwards i havent worried about what vaping does to me lol

I didn't break mine, just bruised ir badly going A over T down the stairs.

Yes its not pleasant. Doctor said its one of the most painful injuries you can have.

Thanks all for the well wishes my doctor said it could be a long process as the clot needs to be broken down so I just vape on and smile.

I wish the Spanish doctors over here were of the same opinion as a lot of yours in the UK.  Mine looked pretty disgusted/horrified   when I put my mod down on her desk!! She never said a word although her face said it all
