Well...i think our franky boy (our frenchbulldog) has a tick.
In your experiences you dog lovers...whats the best way to sort it?

I've used a pointed pair of (ceramic) tweezers several times, Make sure you grab it as close to the dogs skin as possible though.
I've also heard of people burning them off with a lit cigarette or drowning them with a shot glass of whisky

got to your vets and get a tick puller its a sort of prong thing loads of old wifes tales on how to get them out but the puller thing works a treat as you have to make sure you dont pop the heads off and leave then in the poor little fella.

Ticks really are nasty little blighters. A tick remover is indeed a good way of removing them. But it's an even better idea to use a top whack flea & tick medication & the best current one is Bravecto. It's POM & not cheap, but it does last for 3 months & so worth it. Especially as most other flea/tick treatments have stopped working.
