Hi, 4 weeks in and just a measure of my progress thus far so other newbies can compare/comment on their own experiences : THEN 20 + normal cigs per day THEN Skcigs for a couple of weeks - normal cigs reduced by around half THEN Onto a VGO from JACV which I have had for about a week ( great piece of kit) - down to average 5 or six normal cigs per day
NOW Just ordered an EGO-T to what will probably end up as a good sized collection of PV's over the coming months - still on 5/6 cigs per day. Cant seem to avoid the first couple of cigs in the morning washed down with a cup of tea ! Not yet started to experience any cost savings but didnt expect to early on but vaping sure beats smoking normal cigs and its been a short but pleasant journey so far.

Andy that's a great start, well done #icon_bravo#
As I'm sure you've already read on the forum, it's not the cigs you smoke that count, but the ones you avoided - so count the 15+ a day you're NOT smoking

Well done Andy, you're getting there. And as everyone else says, you have to count the cigarettes you haven't smoked, not the ones you have.

I wish it was £420.00 saved but I have already started to get hooked and my small modest collection so far will soon grow and that will cost too. IN the long run I am sure I will save loads

Thats great info #icon_welldone# Maybe as your kit improves the need for a early ciggie will decrease, besudes, its a lot healthier to just smoke in the morning than all day
