Drop solo PMMA cap cracking

Well after a few emails to chase up on this and being told, another week, then another, I was told that the caps were in stock and that they could not ship to me as they do not ship to my country and that I would have to wait until their stock in Europe turned up.

I sent an unhappy but nice email about how this was being dragged out and did not get any further replies which was about four days ago.

Then the cap turned up today which was posted from Denmark.

Pleased they sent out the replacement although no O rings that I also asked for. So a month to get the replacement and some hassle but got it in the end so it's all good

I think they all crack in the long run...either the tank goes or threads....always have a plan b

In the long run, everything wears out but I do expect something to last more than 24 hours

And I have around a plan g at least.

I have been using the ss top cap and will continue to use that and the pmma cap will go unused in the box now
