Man talk...beard trimmers

Sometimes I wish I could grow a beard, but it won't grow on my cheeks or neck lol

I only shave once a week, on Sundays

I have a short chin strap style beard so I have to shave around it.
I recently bought a Braun series 3 3010BT.
It's a foil shaver with a switchable head so you can attach a beard trimmer section. After years of messing about with beard trimmer I've found this to be the most effective

Well it arrived.

Charge it up from 0 to 100% in less than 45 mins. Good start

Beardage was about 6-7mm. Decided to go for a tidy up and selected 4mm.

Light and easy to use.

Now the issues ive always had is the amount of passes a trimmer needs to get it to the required length. The equally annoying issue ive had is how uneven/patchy it ends up.

Well this new shaver does actually make it more even than any other ive tried. But it still requires god knows how much passes to get it to that length.

Why cant anyone actually make a feckin trimmer that actually trims evenly with little passes???

Remember last time this came up I posted Tesco had them at £16 ish, deffo well under £20, the £75 on in your link one as well.  Shop around for the blades, they last longer than they say, but if you buy 3 or 4 at a time you can sometimes get them for under a tenner each, keep spares they will break if you drop it and have an unlucky landing.

Yeah, but as a lazy boy shaver snd it good at thst, great bstterb life ob the Li version.

I just shave regular-like and then if I forget to... I just buy the mother of all disposables with mutliple blades.
