Travelling abroad. Should i get patches/lozenges?

I will be jetting off on holiday in a couple of days and i will be going 16hrs without vaping so no nicotine for me. I am not looking forward to it tbh.

Sure i can try my mitt having a fly toot in the toilets of the airport or on the plane but i don't want to be the one who gets caught and spoils everyones start to their holiday.

I was going to get patches or lozenges but i am unsure on what strength to get. The patches come in 21mg, 14mg and 7mg while the lozenges seem to come in 4mg and 2mg.

I vape 6mg nic liquid with mtl tanks so what would anyone recommend to get. The 7mg patches seem the logical one to get but i am not sure on how they deliver strength wise compared to an ecig.

IMO: vape everywhere (situation permitting, stealth or in the loo if needed) except the plane.
If you are concerned about your "mist", increase your PG content and double your nic strength.

Go to Homebargains. Get some gum or 'tablets/lozenges' - So cheap you'll cry....

Cheap as chips, no tobacco companies involved.

I use the 2mg ones. I get quite a noticeable nicotine feeling inside.

If you decide to get 'premium' Nicotine replacement products, I would recommend you do this maths. (Yeh, mate... DO DIS MAFS IN'IT)

Work out how much liquid you use. Times that by the Nicotine strength of your e-liquid (6mg) and divide by 3.

e.g.

If you vape 4 ml of 6mg per day, that's 24mg total (before you vaped it). Divide that by 3 = 8mg.

Yes... I would go with the 7mg patch. If you wanna be buzzing (but maybe feel a little sickly...) get the 14mg.

The 4mg tablets will blow your head off and make you feel really shitty. Even the 2mg is going to be a lot for you - I vape 6mg at 15-25 watts and they get me every time.
