No electronic cigarette has ever achieved FDA approval. As of August 8 2022 any "New tobacco product" (including E cigarettes, traditional combustion cigarettes, cigars and oral tobacco products) that has not been approved will be removed from the market. " A “new tobacco product” is any tobacco product (including those products in test markets) that was not commercially marketed in the United States as of February 15, 2007, or any modification (including a change in design, any component, any part, or any constituent, including a smoke constituent, or in the content, delivery or form of nicotine, or any other additive or ingredient) of a tobacco product where the modified product was commercially marketed in the United States after February 15, 2007. Section 910(a)(1) of the FD&C Act." Cheers I

Having got both our two (20 and 17) off tobacco via vaping with fruit/sweet flavours, this is just going to push teens back towards smoking....are they that daft they don't realise this??
..and against a backdrop of the lowest teen smoking rates ever seen in the US - you can just see the "gateway" arguments being readied as we type.....

None of our business Hmm, apart from the fact that sooner or later some busybody here will fire up the "well, they did this in the US" argument. Many of our politicians think the US is paradise and that we should copy it in every aspect of policy...

Which ones, or just name one who believes that? The facts are the opposite is happening here. The tobacco trade is inherently American, one of the most powerful lobbies in the world. Big tax payers. Nothing stopping people from adding their own flavour to eliquid.
