As you all may have noticed, I purchased a Topside squonk mod, which leaked from it's first fill. Contacted Tony Stuart at Vaping101 via the contact form on their website and as there is no facility for attachments there, I e-mailed pictures of the problem. Within two hours I had a reply asking to try the spare bottle. Being busy with work, it was a couple of days later before I could try it. The spare bottle made no difference, it still leaked. Another e-mail with evidence was sent, short time later, return e-mail stating a replacement was on the way and the RM tracking number. Within the space of two days, situation resolved. Couldn't ask for better. Big thanks to Vaping101 and Tony Stuart for excellent customer service and a timely resolution to the problem.

I've said it before: no product line is perfect and there is always a chance of getting a "bad one" off the assembly line. It's how the company deals with the "bad one" that really counts.
Always good to hear of good customer service stories.

I’ve seen their website quite often in my searches but always avoided them because I thought I read something bad about them before. That was probably some other site that I had in my little head, old age and all that.
