Generally called RDTA there are plenty of them out there I use to Limitless for DL and vape fly galaxy for MTL on the go as it can be refilled with a squonk mod.

it looks like one of them avacardo type things but at half the price
ibe never tried one because of how much i thought they would leek juice

Can only comment on the ones I have tried but the ijoy limitless and wismec thereon both leak if left on their side for too long the vape fly galaxies I have not had any leaking up-to now.
