The long awaited and anticipated new website is now live!
You'll need to create a new account on the site as none of the existing customer details have transferred over . . . . on the plus side all order history is erased, so there's a clean slate to start with.

I clicked the link you posted? Is this a cache cookies thing? Your guess is as good as mine solac77 , my two preferred methods of any trouble shooting start with a hammer and end with the bin!
If you're on Chefs FB group then perhaps ask on there?
I pulled the new website link from a google search.
None of the reviews have been transferred either. A mistake in my opinion.
I would agree . . . . unless that's still a work in progress?

solac77 , pebbles and anyone else having issues accessing Chefs new website . . . . having looked on their FB group you're not alone it seems, there's a smattering of people from random areas of the country/world who are experiencing similar.
The solutions so far suggested are as Get Off My Cloud has said, you'll need to wait for your ISP's DNS cache to timeout and refresh the stored address or others who are using mobile devices have switched to 4G instead of Wi-Fi and that's also been successful apparently.
