ECIG Warehouse no communication and not sending me my purcha

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can through some light on ECIG warehouse. I ordered an aspire Plato over two weeks ago, I’ve not received it and despite many emails, they have not responded? Anyone have any ideas if there maybe another way to reach them, I have submitted a paypal claim now but I’m concerned that they have previously been a good company and now they are not even responding. I understand from others that this model was discontinued a while ago, perhaps they don’t have stock but I guess I would have heard?

Yeah I've ordered through them before poor research on my part!! Drop shippers!! Although my last order with them was ok just a bit shorter than fasttech just keep emailing them....and as you have PayPal you should be ok
