Hi guys I have this tank in the photo which is a standard 510 thread I have been using the corsa on the right and it still is working fine but took the tank off last night to refill it and it unscrewed the tank off, it does that sometimes but this time it wont screw back in and do up its like the thread has gone but I cant see how could of happened, the tank does screw into the Istick next to it though and that works fine but I would like to keep to my corsa. can the part the tank screws into be replaced? or swopped over as they do look the same size on both mods? . . .

If the tank has a screw slot in the centre of the 510 try tightening it, if not try a few taps on a hard surface as this sticking out to far could cause your problem. Also give the threads a good wipe with some tissue, with Isopropyl Alcohol or meths if you have any. Another thing could be the centre post on the mod is too high or stuck, but probably not if you have tried two.

Probably not as the outer thread is machined in the body, it sounds like the centre pin has jammed can you push it down with a rod, medium sizes allen key or similar?

try putting the tank in the hole and whilst appplying the lightest of touches rotate the tank anti clock wise until (with any luck) you feel it drop in to the threads. Then whilst retaining pressure try screwing it in proper.
good luck.

You could try a heat sink sealover1 - It screws into the mod and then you screw your tank into the top of it. Cheap enough to try even if it doesnt work. Here is a link to one so you get the gist Example Heat Sink
