Hi people just wanted to share my recent experience with these guys.

I have known of them for years but hadnt used them.

Ordered the "indestructable" Geekvape Aegis Squonk mod. 2 days in it started saying "no coil detected".
In the mean time i had an email to say keith and other half were closing for a month as they were having baby.

So not knowing how the hell id get this sorted, i sent them an email saying that the mod had died on me.
Even though they were closed, i got a reply the same day with with polite reply, and a downloadable freepost return form. FREE!

I had been busy so had gone past the 7 days return date of the return form. I mailed them asking if it was still ok to send back and yet again i got a reply saying no problem on the same day even though they were closed due to having a new baby.

Sent the mod. 2 days later i got a paypal notification to say i had veen refunded my money.

Creme de vape have now won a perminant customer. Fantastic customer service!!!!!
