Ahhhh. At last - a custard review!

Goose Juice is certainly a popular and revered flavour. Had read a huge number of reviews about and I would say they are well over 90% good. I'm certainly more of a fruit and ice man than a custard and bakery guy but was pretty excited to give it a go.

It is very, very smooth. A really soft vape. I get a nice custard flavour (certainly better than that awful Cap v.1) and certainly a hint of cream too....but it is VERY sweet. For me, a few vapes of it were very nice then the sweetness starts to get to me. To give a better idea, I was walking in the park today and had some chip shop chips. Why is that relevant? I think the salt and vinegar on the chips made the vape much more enjoyable and stopped the sweetness building up too much. For me, I think I need something (like a strong coffee) to counter balance the sweetness to vape this for any length of time.

Taking a flavour I really enjoyed in the past - Chef's NV27 - it's a fruit that is complex and smacks you in the face in about 7 directions at once. I guess, for me, a custard is a custard. Is a etc etc.

I think my strategy for my Goose Juice is going to be early morning with coffee and to maybe try to liven some of it up in smaller bottles - maybe a fruit or a butterscotch or the like.

It is a good custard. The flavour is certainly strong enough for me (which is rare) but that sweetness is just a bit too much.
