on 23rd January 2014 at 4.15 pm I had my last cigarette - I am really happy and proud of myself and can't thank all the lovely people here enough. Most of all Chrissie for founding this forum - one of the nicest , if not the nicest forum in the internet. I got so much valuable advice here - absolutely amazing |

So well done Clivia  I still have dreams (nightmares) that I have started smoking again. Wake up angry with my self, until I realise it was only a dream. |

It's about 2 3 times a year, that I fancy a cig - sometimes in the weirdest situation - like when brushing my teeth - I never smoked when brushing my teeth  - but overall I am good - though I would not trust myself and I know that I never must touch a cigarette again - but by now , I don't like the stench anyhow . Thinking that for many many years, that's how I smelled - yak . |
