Hi Ripple Most folks here will reccomend you start with a Riva style, mostly because of the amount you smoke per day. The riva style is a bigger battery than a look a like and after a few days with the look a like most people get tired of charging the batterys every few hours and make the switch to something a little bigger. The links provided above are all excellant suggestions If you really do want to get a look a likey then I'd suggest you take a look at this link ... www.vapeescape.co.uk/innokin-aio-pcc-kit-black%2Fred%2Fsilver~299 I would reccomend you got at least 2 batterys though. On 20 a day the battery wont last you long and will take at least an hour to charge up again. You would also need to buy some liquid to fill up the cartos as well. Failing that I think sky cig has a offer on at the moment with the starter kit of £11.99 allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=7094&page=1I have not tried either of these kits so cannot comment on the quality of them, Vapeescape is a very trusted supplier on this forum though and if you read the sky cig thread I linked to, some good comments have been made about that kit too. As for the health aspects of e-cigs, mostly people that have trouble as said above are reported allergys to either the pg or vg, although rare, it can happen. Most seem to have a cough and splutter on the first few drags of it but soon settle down quickly and report many health benefits, including COPD suffferers, mostly due to the lack of crap you will be inhaling. I'd suggest you go with a high strength juice to start with 20-26mg mostly to fend off any immediate cravings that may begin when your mind thinks you arent getting your nicotine anymore and make the switch easier. Although it is pritty easy to switch to be honest Then once you get over the initial switch start experimenting to see what strength your happy with. I would also take up the others guys offers of meeting up, theres nothing better than seeing these devices up close to start with, helps to get the feel and understanding quicker and all those scarey questions out of the way, and you may notice we are only to happy to show them off to intrested people

Ripple, I really would take up the offer of meeting either/or Perpetua or Batty if you can. That way, you can sort of try before you buy

It is good stuff Azzie lol I know where midsomer is, IT is a bit far for me as I am on public transport atm, (some sod ran into my car while it was parked outside my house). Now If Prepy was going to go down, she might offer me a lift there and back so you would get the benerfit of both of us at the same time
