Hi Ripple27 and First off I think it might be best that you start a new thread, that way you will not get cross talk with Gjdart's posts. Vaping is so much better than smoking for your lungs, and you will get lots of advice on what is best, or has found to be better. The one thing I can offer you atm, is that some people have had slight reactions to the PG based liquids, so it might be better for you to look at VG based liquids. Chrissy like always is on the ball and got in before I could write my post lol

Welcome from me as well Ripple. I'd agree with Batty, it would probably be better to start your own thread, so we don't get confuddled between you and Gjdart. Infact I'll seperate out these last posts onto a new thread for you. Have got to pop off again now . . . but I live in the Bristol area, so if you're anywhere near me, you'd be welcome to come round for a chat and a demo.

I am in Brizzle too, North area like Prepy. I could also give you a little demo of what is out there (but Preppy is what I would class as an expert in these matters compaired to me lol).
as for your 901 thoughts, there is not a lot wrong with anything out there on the market for starters, but I would suggest that you look towards the 510 type, that way anything you get now, would likely to be more usable in the future as 510 connectors are a lot more common than anything else and I believe that the 510 will become the standard connector in the vaping world.

Hi Batty, New Thread been sorted for me thanks anyway, lf anyone can help me with the actual brand (if that's the right word) of starter kit that would suit me that would be a big help as l cant afford to keep trying different ones, l am not good with new things so need something that l dont have to fiddle about with to much ie mixing liquids etc. l appreciate that until l get the hang of it it could be fiddly and that is fine, my main 2 things is it is aprox same size as a real cigg and there is are a good supplier for the liquids. Any help would be brill

Hi Ripple Most people want to start with something that looks like a real cig but very quickly (in my case it took me four days ) move on to something with a better battery life and easier refilling options. I would suggest the Riva as a battery lasts me all day. Also clearomisers are great for starting out as they hold more e-liquid and are very easy to fill and clean. Ask and we shall deliver answers (and laughs)

Hi Ripple Also a newbie and that's good advice - I started on look a like, but after a few days wanted something better (and cheaper as I had to use their cartomisers, which worked out expnesive) Upgraded to an Ego (or Riva - same thing different names) and then clearomisers (stardusts, VH stars - all sorts of names, same thing) They are nice and easy to use - just unscrew the top, squirt some juice in, connect to the battery and go) This guy was very helpful, and has good prices. I would go for one of these vapourhut.com/e-cigarette%20kit/VH-Star-KitAround £24 after discount - hut10. Says out of stock - but the kit I bought was out of stock as well. I sent a message askeing when stock would come in. He puts them together - just made me one for the same price. Then you just need some juice - too much choice, but lots of people like RY4 as a flavour - like sweetish tobacco. The Vapourhut RY4 isn't the best. I like this one www.vapourjuice.co.uk/Moon_Shine_RY4_Flavour_E_Liquid/p1313037_6351432.aspxAt the moment you can get two bottles for £12 - code 2412 I think. Should keep you going for the best part of a month. Good luck - I've smoked for over 35 years, heavily, and haven't touched one, or even really felt the urge since I started vaping.

Hi and welcome to the forum Yes +1 Fagin I would go for the eGo twist battery and some clearmisers I say this to all the newbies as it is the mose cost effective way of getting off to a great start that will last for quite some time until you get to know things better. the eGo twist can be found www.vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-ego-c-twist-%2A%2Avariable-voltage%2A%2A~367 and I would pick the 1000mha one and the clearmisers www.vapeescape.co.uk/vision%2Dego%2Drainbow%2D2%2E5%2D2%2E9%2Dstandard%2Dresistance%7E303 which are the standard res ones which are fine for your needs. The twist has a variable voltage on it my best vape myself is round about 4 volts but 3.6-3.7volts will make your clearmisers last a lot longer and you also get a good kick on the lower voltage I just use 4 volts cause I like a bit of warmth in my vapee.
