WANTED VIP Carts

Hi everyone, was just wondering if there was anybody out there who had any old VIP cartomisers lying around or anybody who knows an equivalent empty cartomiser to order, I can still get them from VIP.com but would rather not pay their asking price for pre-filled ones, especially as they are not strong enuff nic wise...

I don't think anyone here has the VIP e-cig (did have a member a while back that bought one, but they soon moved onto a better model). Looking at the cartos on VIP's site, (blimey, they are expensive ) they could be a 510 fitting, but I can't say for certain.

If I had any standard 510 cartos, I'd send you one to try, but I've only got lower resistance ones & they would kill your VIP battery.

BTW, you should be able to refill the cartos you got with the kit, at least a few times.

Thanks Chrissie, hopefully somebody might see this and send me a 'knackered' 510 cart to try out on it. I do have the 510-T myself as my evening vape and was thinking of buying a standard 510 atomiser and a pack of carts for it and trying them out. Just thought that I would chance my arm and see if there was any about !

oh yeah, forgot to mention that I have indeed been refilling the carts but have only got 11 left and I do not suppose that are gonna last forever......
could always do with a few more, lol.

Headhunter, have you tried screwing on your 510T atomiser onto the VIP battery? If it fits, then that will mean you can use either 510 atties & cartridges & 510 cartomisers with the VIP.

yep, tried that one when I first got it, no dice BUT I do not know whether the standard 510 has a different screw thread for the atty to the bat and the atty to the cart ?
If u have a standard 510 could u pls try that for me, just see if ur cart screws straight into the battery or not, that way at least I would know for sure that the VIP carts are not compatible with the 510 carts.

All 510 atomisers or cartomisers will screw into any 510 battery, so it sounds like your VIP hasn't got a 510 thread.

I'm wracking my brain to try & think of other e-cigs that have a female battery thread & the only thing I can come up with at the moment is the RN4081 super-mini. But lost track as to whether that has any cartomisers that fit it.

Can anyone else help on this please? I'm fairly certain we worked out yonks ago what model the VIP cig was, but just can't remember.

Plenty of suppliers sell 510 to 4081 adapters, but that's kinda the opposite of what you'd want

To fit your 510 cartos to a VIP battery you'd need a 4081 to 510 adapter, and I dunno if such a thing even exists ?

I think that confirms it is a 4081 super-mini thread Headhunter, Totally Wicked still sell 4881 atomisers (but not cartomisers) they aren't cheap though

Plus the cartridges that fit the 4081's are tiny - I've got quite a few of them kicking around as the RN4081 was the first e-cig I bought over 3 years ago - so little choice back then. Fairly certain I've also got some 4081 atomisers I've never used.

After a fair (Fair ? well i got through 6 search engines, lol) amount of internet searching last nite I have finally managed to find a place that sells the 4081 cartomisers pretty darn cheap (half the price of VIP.com) and filled with coffee flavoured juice too, only one problem it's in South Africa, lol.

I will just wait for my 4081 package (from the very helpful Chrissie) to arrive before I go mad and order heaps, lol.
