Just ordered mine from HC on the slow boat, so it will be a while before it gets here. Ordered 5 spare heads as well. Just wondered if any one has a V2 yet and what they are like?

Are you still able to re-wire these yourself ? I watched a vid the other day that said you could with the first version but wanted to know if you could with this V2.

I have a couple and they are good little tanks, they are very easily rebuildable. I haven't had a chance to post a review yet but unless you like high voltage vaping I would happily recommend the vivi

So seeing as the wicks are a lot shorter do you have to keep turning them upside down when the juice gets low???

As has been pointed out before, it's funny that the V2 visions have longer wicks and the V2 nova's have short wicks. I presume they are like the visions V1, so yes you do have to lay them down to wet the wicks, but I don't find it a problem with the visions.

Surely they should have made the wicks longer on the V2, that was the point of the V1 being unsuccessful wasn't it, the wicks being too short? On V2 they're even shorter apparently! Doesn't make sense to me.

Surely they should have made the wicks longer on the V2, that was the point of the V1 being unsuccessful wasn't it, the wicks being too short? On V2 they're even shorter apparently! Doesn't make sense to me. Mini review The biggest flaw was the size of the battery post on the V1 fuzzy, happy to report that it has been completely resolved The shorter wicks TBH seem to make very little difference to the performance out of the box, you have to tilt the tank now and again as you do in the vision stardust but it wicks surprisingly quickly, I rewicked one of the atties straight away and used a wick long enough to reach the bottom well and ran it alongside another unit fresh from the box and I have to say that the difference was minimal. I always find with these types of clearos that the act of lifting the e-cig to the mouth tilts the tank enough to wet the wicks, its just a matter of teaching yourself to vape that way- after all, when you smoke a fag it protrudes horizontally from your mouth.... I also have to say mind you, the wick will not keep up if you take the voltage above 4.3v on the 2.4ohm attie supplied and the rewicked one that I did also at 2.4ohm for comparison would only go to 4.5v before it struggled. I was getting dry hits at 4.7v The atties though are not easily interchangeable from the V1 to the V2, the center post on the V2 is a lot longer meaning that the V1 atties are too long to fit Not a good idea when so many people purchased the V1 unit and within a couple of weeks it's been redesigned > The original v1 is easily rebuildable though so there's plenty of life left in them so long as you have the ability to rewick/wire them. I don't know if the V1 atties are on sale anywhere in the uk? There have been reports of muted flavour with the vivi but I can't say that I have experienced it, cocomel tastes great in this tank but I will say that the wicks took a little while to break in, just like they do on a CE2 clearo. And the throat hit increases after about the first tank. If you vape at normal voltages then these are great tanks but if you like the higher end of the voltage range then why do you not have an odysseus?
